CONDITIONS
All our activities are insured with first class underwriters. Our maximum insured liability is eur. 2.500.000,=. Forwarding services are subject to the latest version of the Dutch forwarding conditions as deposited by FENEX at the registry of the District Court of Rotterdam. For all other services the latest version of the general cargo survey and inspection conditions (Verocog) as deposited at the registry of the District Court of Rotterdam shall apply. In case of doubt, which of these conditions apply, C-Control will decide.
PROFESSIONAL TEAM
We have a team of highly skilled quality testing inspectors who will be responsible for testing quality of Oil or Chemicals in Bulk/containers accurately. Our proposed inspectors/analysts are highly qualified and are well-trained.
